The hostel is run by Anjuman Talimul Muslimat-e- Hind, the parent body of Karamat Husain Muslim Girls' P G College, Lucknow. The hostel facility has been provided to the students since the inception of the College. It is housed within the lush green campus of the College. It has well laid out fields for sports and recreation. The rooms are large and well ventilated. The increasing demand for hostel facility led to the construction of a new hostel for the students of BA, B.Com, BSc, B.Ed., M.A. & Karamat Public School.

There are two large dining halls with a seating capacity of 100 girls each. Water coolers are installed in each dining hall. Food is cooked in the hostel kitchens under the supervision of the food incharge / Matron. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities with an adjoining covered area for washing of utensils. The main meal viz, lunch & dinner and two light meals viz, breakfast and evening tea and snacks are served daily. The food served is healthy and nutritious and is prepared in hygienic conditions. The quality of food is regularly checked by the Hostel Committee.

The girls utilize two spacious study halls for studying after the College/School hours. Two Namaz rooms give them ample space to offer Namaz and read the Holy Quran. Special care is taken to serve Sahri and Aftar during the Ramzan. Washrooms are provided with geysers and 24 hour running water. Uninterrupted power supply is maintained with the help of a separate 11KVA line and a 40 KVA generator. Sunday is dhobi day for all Boarders when clothes are given and received under the supervision of the warden. The dhobi washes the clothes in the College premises and stays in a quarter inside the College Compound. This serves to preclude the possibility of contamination.

The College as well as the hostel is well equipped with fire fighting system as per the Government norms. A qualified lady doctor visits the hostel thrice in a week and makes medical check-up of every student in the hostel.

The girls are encouraged to participate in various extra curricular activities organized regularly by the College. Students are motivated to maintain a friendly environment in the hostel.
