Rules & Regulations

I. Admission

Applicants for admission or re-admission must attach the following documents:

DOCUMENTS to be attached with the admission form:

  • One passport size photograph affixed on the Form
  • Character Certificate from the last institution attended
  • Two attested copies of:
  • High School Certificate
  • High School and Intermediate mark sheets
  • Transfer Certificate from the last institution
  • Private candidates: Certificate from exam centre superintendent
  • For candidates born outside U.P: Date of migration certificate
  • If there is a one-year or more gap after Intermediate: Affidavit explaining the gap and assuring admission was not cancelled earlier
II. Uniform
For B.A./B.Sc/B.Com. students (compulsory):
  • Pista green kurta, cream shalwar, cream duppata, black shoes
  • Winter: Black sweater or shawl
  • Games/Sports: White kurta & shalwar, white sports shoes, cotton duppata (colour as per House):
  • Haleem House: Orange
  • khuddam House: Green
  • Nishat House: Red
  • Rafat House: Blue
  • Required: Two sets of regular uniform + one set for games
  • M.A. students are exempt from wearing uniform
III. Fee
  • Annual fee as per office notifications
  • non-refundable Once deposited
  • Subject to change based on university decisions
IV. Discipline
  • No admission for individuals employed or studying elsewhere
  • Uniform is mandatory on campus
  • 75% attendance in each subject is required to sit for university exams
  • Absence requires a written application signed by parent/guardian; medical leave needs a medical certificate
  • Students encouraged to join games & extra-curriculars
  • Maintain silence on verandahs during class hours; use the common room or pavilion for relaxing
  • Do not remove classroom furniture
  • Students must remain on campus until college hours end
  • No visitors during class hours; male guardians allowed up to administrative block only
  • Day scholars need warden’s permission to enter hostel
  • Identity & Library cards (with photos) are issued and must be carried at all times
  • Disciplinary action will be taken for violation of any rule
